Hi hosts! We hope our Document Management feature has been a game-changer for you with streamlining bookings admin. If it has, you're in for a treat - we've updated Document Management to make things even easier!
Set a 'due by' date, reminder frequency and default comment
Need those documents back ASAP? You can now select a 'due by' date that is visible to you and your guests. Not only that, but you can also set how frequently you want to send them email reminders by choosing a specific 'reminder frequency'.
If you have the same requirements from customers with a specific document request, you can use the 'default comment' feature instead of copying and pasting! This comment will be pre-filled when the document is requested, but can also be modified before being sent out.
Moving Documents and Optional Settings
Requested a document through a customer instead of a booking? You can now move documents to the correct category!
You can also choose to have file uploads be optional and turn off the collection of files through the Regular Customer applications process, since Document Management handles all of that already!
New options for Primary Questions
You're now able to set primary questions to be any question type instead of just the yes/no option (eg. you can ask for a licence plate number straight away without asking if a customer is bringing a car).
You can also promote secondary questions to primary and archive questions you don't use anymore. At this stage, only yes/no questions can have secondary questions.
