Booking a Space

  • Availability, price and space information are all available for the customer to view online
  • Data entry is handled by the customer directly

Payment

  • For Casual hire, customers enter their credit card details when they request to book the space, so any booking that is submitted already has secured the required funds
  • For Regular hire, payment is handled automatically on a monthly basis, with invoices automatically issued, and payments automatically followed up if missed

Cancellations

  • SpacetoCo allows the customer to cancel their own bookings
  • Refunds are processed automatically, and availability is returned back to normal

Bonds and Refunds

  • For casual bookings refunds post-event, SpacetoCo has a form that local government staff can fill out. SpacetoCo then handles the refund, and adjustments are made to the monthly accounts receivable report by the SpacetoCo team.
  • For bonds, action is only required when the bond is needed. In the event that funds need to be retained from the customer, the local government has access to an easy online form, and SpacetoCo can then process the payment.
