NEW! Booking Questions - Product Update
As hosts, sometimes you need to ask your guests questions to make sure everyone has the right information about a booking. With our newly updated Bookings Questions feature, you can ask as many questions as a toddler does...well, almost!
"Well, we already ask guests questions through SpacetoCo", I hear you say! That's true, but we've overhauled the whole process so that you can do so much more with this powerful tool. Firstly, you can now access all the questions you have asked on all your spaces in one place - just click the 'Questions' icon under 'Configure' on your host menu.
On this page, you can also edit your questions, assign them to multiple spaces or delete them altogether. Just click the three-dot icon on the far left and see the actions you can take.
You also have different types of questions you can use. There are two main types: Primary and Secondary Questions. The former, available to all hosts, are yes/no questions. The latter can be of different types and are only available to Partner/PartnerPro hosts. These sit under Primary Questions, pop up when a guest answers 'yes', and are used to gain more information.
