It's like footy but better. We have a call to understand how you work best, what support you'll need, schedule key dates and get your account basics set up.
ποΈ Online Training
π§ Space Building
Nail down one space then duplicate and adjust (i.e. cheat π€«). You'll set up your spaces, write descriptions, upload photos, choose settings etc. with concierge support from our team - fancy eh?
π§° Set Up Regular Hirers
VIP's first! You'll contact your regular hirers to invite them to register for the new system. We'll even support them if they need help (seriously, how nice are we!)
βοΈ Availability Sync
You're now at the business end of rolling out! You'll get all your regular, casual and internal bookings into SpacetoCo with tools that will make it quick an easy. Easy as bro!
π₯³ Go Live
It's match day at the Grand Final and guess what - you've already WON! You'll update a few links on your website or Facebook, press the big 'Go Live' button and you're off and running! π
So, how much are we gonna charge for this?
We want your venue and team to get all the support they need to go through the set up and change of moving to an online booking system. Our team will coach, train and help you and your customers to make this happen. We've learned that the faster the rollout, the more likely the venue and the venue team will succeed at space sharing. We're motivated to see as many community spaces shared as possible. It's good for the community, good for customer experience and more sharing is good for the planet! π
The fine print π
- The cost of a managed rollout with one of our onboarding extraordinaries? Oh, just a mere $199!!!!
- The kick off session will be scheduled on receipt of this deposit, and this first meeting date is when the onboarding period starts.
- The consultation support we provide to help you onboard is for a maximum of 8 weeks from the start of the onboarding period.
