3 Things to Do to Finish Setting Up Your  SpacetoCo Account

Want to make the most of the SpacetoCo platform? Here are the top 3 things you can do to get up and running with finding and booking spaces.

  1. Complete your profile 

    You already entered your name and email address when you signed up to SpacetoCo but there are a few extra little bits of info you can add to finish off setting up your account.

    By completing your profile now, it’ll save you time when you place a booking request later on. Plus, your Host will be able to see these details when they review your booking. This helps them know whom to expect in their space. :-)

  2. Adjust your email notifications 

    Let's be real, who likes being spammed by emails? 

    In SpacetoCo, you have complete control over which email notifications you receive. These can all be adjusted in this tab, within your dashboard - how awesome is that?! If you’re interested in reading more about how to do this, click here

    We highly recommend keeping a few on, particularly things like your booking confirmation emails or SpaceProtect (bond) emails. These will often contain some vital information about your bookings and you wouldn’t want to miss that!. ;

    If you’re a Verified Guest (regular hirer), you have a few extra perks when it comes to your email notifications. You have the power to auto-forward some or all of your notification emails to other people! For example, you may have a finance officer or a treasurer who needs a copy of your invoices, you can have the system automatically send these to them.   3. Start exploring & booking spaces near you! 

    Now you're ready to begin booking spaces!

    Click here to search our marketplace for venues for your next event. You can search within an area, for a specific Host, or a particular space.

    Remember to use the filters across the top of the search results to narrow down the results to find your perfect space. ;-) 

    To see more details about a space, click on it from the search results. You will be taken to the space page where you can read all about the Host and the venue. If you want to speak to a Host, you can send them a message in SpacetoCo (this article here has more details on how to do this). 

    If you’re particularly interested in a space but want to come back to it later, click the little heart icon to save the space to your Favourites.

    When you’re ready to book, pop in the date & time you’re after and click “Book Now”! To read more about how to submit a booking request on SpacetoCo, click here.
