SpacetoCo is delighted to announce its submission to Contract 21120 Open Spaces has been evaluated and accepted for the new LGA Procurement managed contract. This contract will make it simpler for South Australian Councils to procure and use SpacetoCo.

South Australian Councils have been embracing SpacetoCo since 2017 when initial trials were started with the City of Prospect and the City of Tea Tree Gully. SpacetoCo has also participated in several business support initiatives in Adelaide including the OpenState Sharing Economy Challenge in 2017, the Bridge to MassChallenge business accelerator in 2018, and the National Economic Development Conference in 2019. South Australia has very much been a part of the SpacetoCo business story.

SpacetoCo takes a holistic approach to facility bookings that prioritises the customer journey when it comes to moving venue hire from a manual to a digital experience. The platform also encourages local community centres and businesses to share their spaces alongside each other, making access to spaces more available than it has ever been. All of this is great for creating sustainability around how spaces are used, developing economic development opportunities as well as helping to connect people.

Created and developed in Western Australia, SpacetoCo is thrilled to be consolidating its innovative approach into South Australia as well as across to the Eastern States.

SpacetoCo only charges for what is used, making it affordable and unique among standard SaaS booking solutions. The SpacetoCo platform provides an enterprise-level solution for replacing several manual processes for hiring a facility, be it for casual, regular, or seasonal hire.
