γBe specific in regards to your room setup requirements. Local Government spaces typically require self room-setup.

We β€οΈ this LARGE space because:
- Plenty of free parking
- Large building with breakout spaces
- Set in the historic grounds of Heathcote Cultural Precinct
- Very reasonable price for what you get
- Itβs the perfect Essemy space
NB: You need to setup and pack away the furniture
The Classroom at Claisebrook DC - East Perth
We β€οΈ this SMALLER space because:
- Close to Claisebrook Train Station
- Itβs clean, modern and well designed
- The cafe downstairs is excellent
- The Space Host is very attentive
- Itβs close to the City but quiet β a hidden secret
NB: Essemy recommends a maximum of 12 for this space
The Chapel Room at Quest - East Perth
We β€οΈ this LARGER space because:
- Itβs very central
- The fit-out is perfect for business training
- There are plenty of AV resources included
- The Space Host is very attentive
- The Space is open and comfortable
